Pricing questions
- What exactly am I paying for?
- A connected trading account slot. One subscription covers one broker account and lets you run up to five automations on it. Add a second account, add a second subscription.
- Do you hold my money?
- No. Your funds stay in your own broker account the whole time. OneTapTrade connects over the broker API to place and manage orders; it can never withdraw.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from the billing page. Your automations keep running until the end of the period you already paid for, then stop. No lock-in and no cancellation fee.
- Is there a free trial?
- You can create an account, browse the catalog and run backtests without paying. A subscription is only needed to connect a live or demo broker account and let an automation trade it.
- What does "locked for life" mean?
- The price you sign up at is the price you keep, for as long as the subscription stays active without a gap. Later price rises apply to new customers, not to you.
